We are looking for a results-oriented, positive, and intellectually curious individual to join the Strategy & Competitiveness Team within the MedTech Supply Chain Center organization to manage the strategy development, execution coordination and ongoing visibility to supply chain risk mitigation programs within MedTech.
As the Senior Resilience Program Manager, on the MedTech Chain Strategy & Competitiveness Team, you will need to have a passion for risk management and a robust background in E2E supply chain and program management. You will be orchestrating and coordinating strategic resilience programs for our MedTech business that require broad alignment and orchestration across our entire organization with the objective to proactively mitigate resilience risks, ensuring undisrupted supply chain performance in terms of customer service, innovation and profitability. You will bring strong strategic project management capabilities and collaborate with global stakeholders across the E2E SC spectrum.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Accountable to lead strategic resilience programs and/or workstreams of such programs for MedTech.
- Analyse complex resilience problems and translating them into clear and structured mitigation action plans.
- Ensuring strong Project Management and Governance processes are in place, and executed with appropriate controls, metrics, and leadership updates.
- Leading execution effectively, timely, and on budget.
- Challenging the program team to identify opportunities for more effective and efficient delivery of the program objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or other Technical discipline is preferred.
- An advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or Risk Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Business Unit Supply Chains and End-to-End (E2E) platforms and value streams in the MedTech industry is preferred.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas is required: trade controls, trade compliance, integration of multiple data sources, conducting data analysis, or mitigating supply chain risks.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams or initiatives is required.
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, tact, and the ability to effectively engage with senior executives is required.
- Knowledge and experience in project management and program management methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., FPX, PMP, PMI/PMBOK) are required.
- 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.
