Google for Startups AI Academy: American Infrastructure provides mentorship, training, and resources to help founders scale solutions and benefit communities.

Mass power outages, air travel delays and traffic congestion are infrastructure issues that impact us all. That’s why Google Public Sector wants to help governments and organizations use AI to build more responsive and accessible government servicesaddress climate challenges and even fix potholes. Now, we’re expanding our support of startups using AI to deliver essential, everyday services better and faster via the Google for Startups AI Academy: American Infrastructure program. The 15 AI companies selected for the inaugural cohort all aim to help governments and communities address pressing challenges at scale.

Over a period of 12 weeks, participating founders and their teams will engage in an intensive AI curriculum led by Google’s People + AI Research (PAIR) team. Founders will also complete our advanced sales training and go-to-market workshops to help them grow their businesses. Each founder will be paired with a dedicated Google mentor and connected to the global Google for Startups alumni community.
