- SAP operation of service related including SD & MM module.
- Spare parts operation including the master maintenance , PSI planning, PO handling, incoming and outgoing, inventory optimization .
- Sales order of spare parts and DOA operation.
- Payment handling including 3rd party service provider service fee payment and supplier payment operation
- Service related vendor maintenance and daily supporting.
- Field failure rate raw data collecting and analysis.
