This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance sales representative. We provide comprehensive training and offer the option to work from home, depending on the individual’s experience level. We prioritize work flexibility, allowing our employees to work remotely whenever possible. Our base salary is $30,000 and can be further bolstered with additional commission and bonus incentives. Outstanding performers who demonstrate consistent performance may earn up to an impressive $70,000 per year in total compensation. No previous insurance experience? No problem!

If you have demonstrated success in sales and possess exemplary customer service skills, we can provide the essential instruction and guidance needed to transition into the insurance industry successfully. Initially, entry-level applicants may be expected to work in the office. However, with the proper training and development, they can transition into a work-from-home role with regular check-ins at the office. Entry-level applicants will be offered a base salary range of $30,000 which can be supplemented with bonuses and commissions after completion of training based on performance. May make up to $50,000 the 1st year.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads.
  • Utilize excellent relationship-building talents.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals. Close sales.
  • Shop renewals based on business updates and plans and current market conditions.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty License Required
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS) and Basic computer software
  • Detail-oriented, out-of-the-box problem solver
  • Ability to independently prioritize and organize the day
  • Professional phone etiquette
